Where can I view Wealthfront Brokerage LLC's SEC Rule 606 and Rule 605 reports?
Under SEC Regulation NMS, Wealthfront Brokerage LLC (“Wealthfront Brokerage”) publishes public reports detailing our order routing practices (SEC Rule 606) and order execution quality (SEC Rule 605). These disclosures are designed to increase transparency regarding where client orders are routed and the quality of execution achieved.
You can view Wealthfront Brokerage's SEC Rule 606 Report (i.e. information about the routing of client orders to third-party executing firms) on our reporting vendor's website. Historical reports prior to 2024 can be found here (Q3 2023) and here (Q4 2023). Clients have the right to request a customized report detailing individual order routing information for non-directed orders executed during the preceding six months. This includes the venue to which your order was routed, whether it was directed or non-directed, and the time of execution. To request an individual routing report for your account, please contact Wealthfront Support.
For Wealthfront Brokerage’s SEC Rule 605 Report (i.e. information about the quality of execution of client orders), you can view this on our reporting vendor’s website.
Please note, Wealthfront Brokerage routes client orders in accordance with our duty to seek best execution. Wealthfront Brokerage does not accept Payment for Order Flow (PFOF) for client equity orders.
