You generally have less than one (1) business day to cancel your transfer request from the time you submit the transfer to Wealthfront.
To cancel your account transfer from the website:
- Log in to the Wealthfront website
- At the top of the screen, click your name > Activity, then in the drop down menu select the Wealthfront account
- Then select the specific transfer and click “Cancel” on the right side of the screen
To cancel your account transfer from the app:
- Log in to the Wealthfront app
- Click the opposing arrows on the bottom of your screen (middle menu option)
- Select the transfer you would like to cancel
- Swipe left, then click “Delete”
If the cancel button does not appear on this screen, the transfer is already in progress and cannot be canceled.
