How do I cancel an account transfer?

You generally have less than one (1) business day to cancel your transfer request from the time you submit the transfer to Wealthfront.  

To cancel your account transfer from the website:

  1. Log in to the Wealthfront website
  2. At the top of the screen, select "Transfer money" > "View scheduled transfers"
  3. Select the option to “Cancel” below the specific transfer

To cancel your account transfer from the app:

  1. Log in to the Wealthfront app
  2. Click the opposing arrows on the bottom of your screen (middle menu option)
  3. Select "View scheduled transfers"
  4. Select the option to cancel
  5. Complete any confirmations

If the cancel button does not appear on this screen, the transfer is already in progress and cannot be canceled.
