I transferred securities to Wealthfront from an outside account. Does that affect whether I qualify for Direct Indexing and Advanced Indexing?

It might. Your individual, joint, or trust account qualifies for Direct Indexing if it has $100,000 or more and Advanced Indexing if it has $500,000 or more.

However, if you have transferred assets to Wealthfront and we haven’t diversified them yet, we will not apply the Direct Indexing and Advanced Indexing strategies until your diversified portfolio value exceeds $100,000 or $500,000, respectively.
