How does Wealthfront vote its proxies?
Wealthfront votes proxies for client securities based on recommendations provided by Glass, Lewis & Co., a firm that performs proxy research and vote management for more than 1,200 institutional investors globally. However, the client maintains exclusive responsibility for all legal proceedings or other events pertaining to the account assets, including, but not limited to, class action lawsuits.
