What should I do if lose my phone or otherwise can’t log in with two-factor verification?
If you change your phone number or cannot log in using your registered two-factor authentication device, you’ll have the option to enter a saved backup code.
To save backup codes for future use, navigate to your Settings page, tap on Security and scroll down to Backup Codes.
If you are still unable to access your account using your backup code, please send us a message through our Contact Page with details about your situation.
