For any taxable investment accounts, you will receive a consolidated Form 1099 around February 15th. Why Feb 15th?
For cash accounts that generated more than $10 of interest, you will receive a 1099-INT by January 31st.
For any IRAs with distributions, you'll receive a 1099-R by January 31st.
For any IRAs with contributions, a Form 5498 will be posted to your account in May (because you can contribute to an IRA up until mid-April). The 5498 is not required to file your taxes. Learn more about Form 5498 here.
In the unlikely event that there are corrections to your Form 1099, a revised document will be posted as soon as the correction has been filed, generally in late February or early March.
We will email you as tax documents become available - and you can access them by clicking the "Documents" link at the top of your dashboard.
