If I currently own a home, how does that affect the Home Planning goal in Path?

Path gives you the option to use any equity you have in a current home to help fund the purchase of another home. Path assumes you would use the entire home equity in the home sold as a down payment in the new home, even if this implies a down payment value above your target down payment percentage.

Please see our methodology for more details.
