How come my annuity doesn't show in my plan?

We can’t yet factor annuities into our net worth calculations because annuities function differently than a regular investment account. You can still link your annuity and view the values on your linked accounts page, but the annuity will not be included in your financial projections and calculations.

Once we have a way to include annuities in the calculations, they’ll be displayed on your plan and reflected in your net worth.

If you’d like to include income you expect from an annuity at retirement in your financial plan by adding it as other retirement income. You can do this by clicking “Show Details” within your retirement goal, then within the “Retirement” section, select “Other retirement income.”
