Order a debit card
Note: Trust Cash Accounts do not come with checking features like debit cards.
Once you have funded your Individual or Joint Cash Account with checking features, here's how to order a physical debit card:
1. Log in and navigate to your Individual or Joint Cash Account page
2. Select Manage
3. Select Debit card
4. If you need to complete any steps to enable debit cards, you’ll see them here. Once you’re done, select Order physical card.
When will I receive my debit card?
Your debit card should arrive at your residential address on file in 7–10 business days.
How do I activate my card?
You can activate your card on our website or app for iOS or Android. For more info, please read this support article.
Can I order extra debit cards?
No, you can only use one debit card with your Individual Cash Account, or one per account owner for Joint Cash Accounts.
If you have both an Individual and Joint Cash Account, you can order a debit card for each account.
How do I report and replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card?
