Sending documents to Wealthfront

You can send documents to Wealthfront electronically by email and fax, or by physical mail. Most documents related to a Wealthfront account should be uploaded by the client using the secure document uploader link on their Documents page to ensure timely receipt.

Electronic Delivery

We can accept these forms/documents electronically:

  • Death Certificates
  • Marriage Certificates
  • Name Change Certificates
  • Spousal Consent Form
  • 407/3210 letters
  • Non-ACAT transfer forms
    • You can transfer funds from a Non ACAT-Eligible Firm using the instructions found here

Brokerage Operations

We can accept these forms/documents by mail:

  • Proxy Voting - read more here

We can't accept these forms/documents:

  • Loan verification forms 
  • Account balance verification forms 
  • Trust documents
  • 529 outgoing transfer paperwork
    • We only support indirect rollovers
  • Rollover checks should be mailed to our PO Box
    • Rollover check instructions can be found here
  • Check deposits to an Individual Cash Account should be made using our mobile app
    • Mobile deposit check instructions can be found here

Human Resources
We can accept these forms/documents by mail:

  • Local, state, and federal forms or letters
  • Maternity/paternity forms
  • Employee benefit forms
