You can send documents to Wealthfront electronically by email and fax, or by physical mail. Most documents related to a Wealthfront account should be uploaded by the client using the secure document uploader link on their Documents page to ensure timely receipt.

Electronic Delivery
We can accept these forms/documents electronically:
- Death Certificates
- Marriage Certificates
- Name Change Certificates
- Spousal Consent Form
- 407/3210 letters
- Non-ACAT transfer forms
- You can transfer funds from a Non ACAT-Eligible Firm using the instructions found here
