Yes! Even though the Wealthfront 529 College Savings Plan is sponsored by the State of Nevada, there are no state residency restrictions. Residents of any state may contribute to the plan. If you are not a Nevada taxpayer, however, consider before investing whether your or the beneficiary’s home state offers a 529 plan that provides its taxpayers with favorable state tax and other benefits that may only be available through investment in the home state’s 529 plan and that are not available through investment in the Wealthfront 529 College Savings Plan.
