Understand transactions for Cash Accounts

Transactions

To see your recent transactions, go to your Cash Account and look under Account Activity. To see your transaction details or the option to report an issue, simply select the transaction.

You can also review your transaction history in your monthly statements.

Total vs. available balance

Your total balance is made up of completed and pending transactions. This amount is always earning interest.

Your available balance is the amount available to spend and transfer at any given time.

Security holds

Some incoming transfers — like those initiated on our website or app — take a bit more time to become available due to brief security holds (but they immediately earn interest). To see when they become available, read this support article.
