* Brokerage Accounts will typically trade instantly. Stock Investing Accounts that haven’t been updated to Brokerage Accounts will typically trade within minutes, but could be up to an hour.
The Cash Account is offered by Wealthfront Brokerage LLC (“Wealthfront Brokerage”), a Member of FINRA/SIPC. Neither Wealthfront Brokerage nor any Wealthfront entity is a bank and the Cash Account itself is not a deposit account. Cash balances in the Cash Account are swept to Program Banks where they earn a variable annual percentage yield (“APY”). Investment management and advisory services are provided by Wealthfront Advisers LLC (“Wealthfront Advisers”), an SEC registered investment adviser, and financial planning tools are provided by Wealthfront Software LLC (“Wealthfront Software”).
The Brokerage Account is a self-directed brokerage account offered by Wealthfront Brokerage, Member of FINRA/SIPC. Clients are responsible for evaluating their investment opportunities and risks and making investment decisions.
Trades submitted during market hours are sent promptly for execution. Execution may not be immediate and can be affected by market conditions, trading volume, liquidity, and other factors.
